Whenever my family went out to eat as a kid, we almost always went out for Mexican food. And whenever we ate Mexican food, I ordered tamales. To this day, I still love them. And lucky for me, my aunt (who is a total foodie) is coming this weekend to help me stock my freezer with authentic tamales! I wouldn’t dare dream of putting the work in to make them by myself, but sometimes I just need a quick fix.
Enter in these Skillet Beef Tamales from Taste of Home . They can be one your table in under 30 minutes and have all the flavors of a traditional tamale with way less work! Also, the macros are pretty awesome at 11f/ 28c/ 25p for a serving, and I know the macros for a real one aren’t going to be as easy to fit! So if you love tamales or are looking for an easy weeknight meal, I highly recommend checking out this recipe!
