Buffalo Chicken Dip for One

A lightened-up version of the popular dip, perfect for lunch or anytime a buffalo chicken craving strikes!

Ingredients

  • 1 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
  • 85 g Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (1/3 cup)
  • 85 g Shredded Chicken (3 oz)
  • 2 g Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix (1/2 tsp)
  • 5-10 g Frank's Hot Sauce, or more to taste
  • 14 g shredded mozzarella cheese (1/2 oz)

Instructions

  • Preheat your broiler in the oven to high.
  • In a small and shallow dish (both microwave and oven safe), softened laughing cow cheese wedge for about 10 seconds in the microwave. Add in remaining ingredients, except for cheese, and stir until completely combined. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Place dish underneath the broiler on the highest rack of your oven. Cook until cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown. All broilers very and make sure you watch it because things burn very quickly under the broiler.
  • Remove from oven and serve with lavash chips, over a salad, or with diced celery and carrots.
  • Note: You can also simply heat this up in the microwave if you wish.
