Copy Cat Italian Night Club Wrap

A lighter version of my favorite sandwich from Jimmy John's with a lot less fat and carbs!1

Ingredients

  • 1 Atoria's Lavash Wrap
  • 1 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge
  • 3 ounces lean deli ham (I used Kirkland, macros may vary for a different brand)
  • 2 slices salami ( I used Oscar Meyer, macros may vary for a different brand)
  • 1 slice Sargento Thin Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 35 g shredded lettuce
  • 30 g thinly sliced tomatoes
  • 10 g thinly sliced onions
  • 15 g Fat-Free Italian Dressing
  • Dried basil, to taste
  • Dried oregano, to taste

Instructions

  • Spread a laughing cow cheese wedge evenly over the lavash bread. Then, add on ham, salami, cheese, lettuce, onion, and tomatoes. Make sure to arrange them all over the lavash for easier rolling. See the picture for an example.
  • Drizzle Italian dressing on top and shake on dried basil and oregano, to taste.
  • Roll up lavash tightly, slice, and enjoy!

The macros for one sandwich are rounded to 10F/29C/29P, or 338 calories.
