Chocolate Cobbler

A rich brownie and hot fudge- all in one dessert! To make it absolutely perfect, top it with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 42 g butter, melted (3 tablespoons)
  • 60 g flour (1/2 cup flour)
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 75 g sugar (3/8 cup)
  • 7 g cocoa powder (1 and 1/2 tablespoons)
  • 60 ml almond milk (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 10 g cocoa powder (2 tablespoons)
  • 177 g water, boiled (3/4 cup)

Instructions

  • Follow the instructions found at the link below. All of them are the same, just scaled down for ingredients. However, do bake in a smaller dish. I used a 1 and 1/2 quart corningware dish. Baking for 30 minutes was still a perfect time for mine!
