Total man food, perfect for Father's Day breakfast.

Ingredients

Biscuits

  • 2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour (312 g)
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, very cold and cubed (115 g)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons buttermilk, divided (270 g)

Lightened Up Turkey Sausage Gravy

  • 16 oz turkey sausage
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour (43 g)
  • 3-4 cups 1% milk, plus more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper, more to taste

Lightened Up Turkey Sausage Gravy

  • Follow the directions found at the link below to the Pioneer Woman's Sausage Gravy recipe for directions on how to prepare it. The only thing I did differently was turn the heat to high to allow mixture to gently boil to thicken.
