Rice Krispie Granola

Crunchy, sweet, perfect for eating on its own or sprinkling on top of yogurt or protein shakes! Can also add your own add-ins!

Ingredients

  • 320 g Old Fashioned Oats (4 cups)
  • 61 g Rice Krispie Cereal
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 108 g canola oil (or melted coconut oil, olive oil, etc)
  • 170 g honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  • See Cookie + Kate's recipe for instructions. The instructions are the same except you will be replacing the dried fruit and nuts with Rice Krispies.
